Your workshop package

CAD $97 plus applicable tax includes AI Opportunity Generation Engine, the live online workshop on November 7, 2026, 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Eastern, Codex starter project files, the playbook, preparation instructions, and one 30-minute personal follow-up.

The preparation guide, agenda, materials and joining link open on your private participant page on October 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern. Follow-up booking opens immediately after verified payment. This is practical education; employment or hiring outcomes are not guaranteed.

Booking your follow-up

Reserve the included session by November 14, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern, and attend by December 7, 2026. Appointments are Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6–9 p.m. Eastern, with 15-minute gaps and subject to availability. Book at least 24 hours in advance. The last regular included appointment date is December 3; the last regular extra-session date is February 4, 2027. Book through your private participant page. Contact us if no suitable included appointment is available.

Registered participants may purchase up to three additional one-hour sessions for this workshop (refunded purchases still count toward this three-purchase limit) at the participant rate of CAD $51.65 plus applicable tax each (regular rate: CAD $250 per hour). These sessions must take place by February 5, 2027.

Choose dates and times on your participant page, then pay for your selections together. Times are held for about 30 minutes during checkout. After verified payment, appointment confirmation begins. Calendar invitations follow by email. Returning from checkout does not release the hold; use “Release & choose again” to change your selection. Contact us for scheduling changes before making another purchase.

Workshop refunds & cancellation

For a full workshop refund, email us by October 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, seven days before the workshop. After that deadline, a one-time transfer to an available future workshop may be offered. If we cancel the workshop, the workshop payment will be refunded in full. Contact us about extra-session cancellations or exceptional circumstances.

Payments & receipts

Ayham Haj Ahmad delivers the workshop. Renovon Innovation inc. handles payments and refunds through its Stripe account, so that business name may appear at checkout and on receipts. Workshop confirmations, follow-up emails, and calendar invitations are sent from ayhamhajahmad@gmail.com.

Your information

Ayham Haj Ahmad uses your name, email, registration and payment references, and appointment information to deliver this workshop and its follow-ups. Stripe processes payments; this website does not store card numbers. Registration and booking records are stored in the website’s database and synchronized to a private Airtable base. Gmail and Google Calendar handle confirmations and appointments through ayhamhajahmad@gmail.com.

A help inquiry is stored with your registration and emailed to ayhamhajahmad@gmail.com. Replies go to your registration email.

Your optional workshop intake

The intake asks about your goals, professional background, AI experience, concerns and support needs. Your answers help us prepare workshop exercises and your coaching. Every question is optional. Skipping the intake does not affect your workshop access or ability to book coaching.

Saved answers are linked to your registration in the website’s private database and synchronized to the private Airtable base for workshop preparation. Use your private participant link to return, complete or correct your answers. Intake answers do not change your marketing email choices and are not added to Stripe. Please avoid confidential employer or client information and sensitive personal details.

We use these records for workshop preparation and coaching; they are not published on the website. Contact us to request access, correction or removal of your intake answers. Removing intake answers is separate from cancelling a booking or deleting payment records. Provider copies and backups are reviewed separately when handling removal requests.

Optional future workshop and event emails

If you choose the optional future-events checkbox and complete your workshop payment, Ayham Haj Ahmad may email you about future workshops and events. Buying a workshop alone does not give consent to these emails. This choice does not enroll you in a paid subscription or membership, reserve another place, or add you to a newsletter.

We store your choice, the consent wording and version, the date, and the source registration in the website’s private database and dedicated fields in the private Airtable registration record. These records help us respect your choice.

Your opt-in stays active until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. To unsubscribe, email us or reply to a future-event email. Unsubscribing does not cancel a paid booking or stop the service messages needed to deliver it. A workshop refund does not automatically unsubscribe you. This option is separate from priority for the next workshop if the current workshop is full.

If you ask us to remove your future-event consent details, we clear those details and retain a protected email identifier to prevent accidental re-enrollment. Paid registration and payment records are handled separately.

Priority for the next workshop

A priority request allows us to email you first when registration opens for the next workshop if this workshop is full. We add requests only when the current workshop has no available places. A request does not reserve a seat, take payment or subscribe you to the newsletter or sponsored-place updates.

We store your name, email, source workshop, consent wording and date in the website’s private database for up to 12 months. Duplicate requests do not extend this period. If you later proceed to checkout for this workshop, your active priority request is removed from the invitation list. Email us to withdraw consent or request deletion. Previously withdrawn consent is not renewed by submitting the registration form again. A protected email identifier and minimal consent history may be retained for up to 12 months after withdrawal to prevent accidental reactivation.

Sponsored-place requests & your choices

You can request a sponsored workshop place at no cost, without providing payment details or a financial explanation. The form collects your name, email, request date, source, consent wording and consent date. Ayham Haj Ahmad uses these details to email you about sponsored workshop places. Availability, dates and eligibility depend on the sponsor; a request does not reserve or guarantee a place. We do not share your contact details with sponsors without separate consent. Earlier waiting-list signups retain their original consent record and are not automatically treated as sponsorship requests.

The website stores sponsored-place requests and earlier waiting-list records in its private database hosted by Hostinger, with a copy in the workshop’s private Airtable base. Gmail handles email delivery. These service providers process data for this workflow; processing or storage may occur outside Canada. Only Ayham and the service accounts needed to operate the workshop have access to these records.

Use the manage link in a workshop update email to unsubscribe, or reply to that email. Website unsubscribe requests take effect immediately in the mailing record; updates already being sent may still arrive. Requests by email are handled without delay and no later than 10 business days. Unsubscribing does not cancel a paid registration or its necessary service emails. Manual edits in Airtable do not replace an unsubscribe request.

Under our retention policy, active sponsored-place requests and earlier waiting-list details are kept for up to 12 months from signup or an explicit renewal. Opening a message or submitting the same form again does not extend that period. Unsubscribed contact details are removed within 12 months of withdrawal, or sooner if you request removal. Removal clears the name and email in the website and queues deletion of the Airtable copy, with retries if the provider is unavailable.

After removal, a protected email identifier and minimal consent history are retained for up to 12 months to prevent accidental reactivation and document your choice. Once that period ends, a new signup can create a new consent record. If remote deletion remains pending, only the opaque record identifier and cleanup status are retained for retry.

For access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern, email Ayham Haj Ahmad. Ayham may ask for limited information to verify the request. Email correspondence, provider backups, and any records that must be retained are reviewed separately; submitting a website removal request does not instantly erase those copies. Paid registration and payment records are separate and retained as needed to deliver the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Joining the paid workshop does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Workshop registration and booking messages are used for service delivery and scheduling.

A necessary cookie keeps your private participant page accessible for up to 180 days after you open your email link, subject to your purchase remaining active. No advertising trackers are included. Keep that private link to yourself. Do not upload sensitive personal, employer, or client information to AI tools during the workshop.

Setup and account requirements

Allow 45–90 minutes before the workshop for installation and account checks. No programming experience is required. Bring a laptop with a current browser, reliable internet, and permission to install the apps required by your chosen tool.

The documented Codex route requires a paid ChatGPT plan with Codex access. The paid ChatGPT requirement applies only to this route. Claude Code requires adapted setup, skill loading and connections; a tested walkthrough for that tool is not included.

Workshop concepts also apply to Copilot Studio and Google Workspace, with limitations: setup, skills and connections differ from the supplied Codex walkthrough.

The workshop includes guided setup, reusable skills, API/MCP connections and a practical automation exercise. You build one working workflow, then adapt it using the supplied job and contract exercises.

Google and Notion accounts are needed for the corresponding exercises; OneDrive exercises require a Microsoft account. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate from the workshop fee. The supplied starter files and setup walkthrough use Codex with ChatGPT sign-in and do not require a separate paid OpenAI API key. Features, setup and account requirements vary by tool. Review these requirements before purchase, and check your tool access and billing before the workshop.

If a live connection is unavailable, you build and test with the supplied local tracker. Use the playbook and included follow-up to work through the connection.

LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Bank and Google Jobs are research sources, not guaranteed direct integrations. Ayham Haj Ahmad independently delivers this workshop. The named companies do not sponsor or endorse it.
